DESCRIPTION:APPEL A DEBRAYAGE DES SALARIES DE STAGO DE 10h30 à 12h30\n🗓️ Réunion extraordinaire du CSE – Vendredi 31 octobre 2025\nUne réunion extraordinaire du CSE est convoquée pour le vendredi 31 octobre 2025 à 11h00\, à l’initiative soit de la direction\, soit du CSE et sans demande préalable de la CGT Stago.L’ordre du jour arrêté par la présidente du CSE comprend les points suivants : \n\n\nActions à mettre en place à la suite des retours de la CSSCT et des réunions du CSE de septembre et octobre 2025 ; \n\n\nVote d’une résolution à bulletin secret concernant le dépôt d’une plainte pénale contre un membre du CSE\, sans concertation préalable avec l’ensemble des représentants ; \n\n\nDiscussion et vote relatifs à la recherche et à la mise en place d’une prestation de cohésion de groupe. \n\n\nLa CGT Stago s’interroge sur la finalité réelle de cette démarche et sur la conformité de ces initiatives avec les principes de pluralisme syndical\, de respect du contradictoire et de neutralité des institutions représentatives. \nL’organisation déplore qu’une telle réunion puisse servir à cibler un élu du personnel et créer un précédent dangereux pour le fonctionnement collectif et indépendant du CSE.Une vigilance syndicale renforcée sera exercée quant au respect des droits des représentants du personnel et à l’usage institutionnel des instances dans un cadre impartial et équitable.
